Good news! You do not need to be a professional coach to faithfully serve and to significantly impact the lives of coaches and athletes. A wide variety of people can serve as a 360 coach...parents of athletes in youth sports, community leaders with an interest in developing character, athletic trainers, pastors or other ministry professionals, and even church members who desire to make an impact.
